Amazing food. I got a Pesto Panini and Steak Egg & Cheese and both were 10/10. They’ve got a ton of items on the menu and it’s a great spot to go to if you’re wanting some healthy food or good protein. Thanks!

The foods are full of flavors and fresh. Many options of food such as wraps, burgers, toasts, salads, smoothies, empanadas, and others. The staffs are gentlle. The service is perfect and fast. You can schedule your order online to pick up at time that works best for you.

Every so often I want a smoothie but don't want to drive as far to get to Soothie King. The smoothies are good here. They can make them as you request just fine. The have food here also. They have breakfast sandwiches which was good when I had one. Today I am trying a Cuban sandwich....and........ It was good. They put avocado in it. I don't like them but I didn't mind it in the sandwich. They brought it to my table also which I didn't expect actually. They seem clean & they wear masks since that now a days is a concern for many. I definitely suggest stopping by. If you neve had a Cuban before... check it out.

Amazing service and food best smoothies around. I recommend the energizer or the tropic. I have their sandwiches always fresh and I love the fruit cups. Delivery is always quick as the team is very kind and helpful.

Cuban sandwich and protein shake were great! Tons of meat in the sandwich and tasted very fresh. The protein shake was really good too, I got the PB & J one. I’d come here again for sure.

Let's do it folks. You definitely get a bang for your buck. I ordered the BLT salad and it was huge. Everything was fresh and it was enough to share with two other people. I called it in and when I arrived it was ready. The cashier and the staff were very friendly. If your in the downtown area go check it out. They prices are reasonable and the food is fresh. Definitely going back

Fruta Café in Bridgeport is absolutely amazing! The food is super fresh, delicious, and served in generous portions – you never leave hungry. It’s hands down the best healthy food spot in the area, with so many great options to choose from.

I’ve worked in downtown Bridgeport for almost a decade. Fruta Juice is one of the most consistent restaurants in the area. I’ve had almost everything on the menu; smoothies, salads, soups, wraps, pancakes, and the burger. They know their customers by name and are always kind.

This sandwich was insane. I got the rodeo with onionsand everything hit like it was supposed to. Definitely would go back. Updated 8/27/25: Over a year since I was introduced to this place and it has been a weekly staple at work. I think we order it like 2-3 times a week between our 3 locations. A lot of variety between trying to grab breakfast for lunch, protein shakes (PBJ is my go to) or salads on days we’re tryna be healthy. Recently tried out the sandwich melts and the spicy tuna melt just hiiiits. Such a great place to grab a great meal, shake, breakfast etc at a great price. Also something about those diced mangos they have. Can’t get enough.
